Cloud and Infrastructure

Find out what can be recovered before the business needs it.

Connect backup coverage to the order in which your business must recover. Ultiblob helps define recovery objectives, map dependencies and test restoration against an agreed scenario, with clear ownership of data, keys and operational decisions.

Recognizable problems

Start with what is getting in the way.

The service should be relevant because it addresses a real operating problem—not because a product name sounds familiar.

Backups miss important dependencies

Application configuration, keys, identity services and interfaces may be needed alongside database or virtual-machine copies.

Recovery objectives are assumed

The time the business can tolerate and the amount of data it can lose have not been agreed or measured.

The restore has never been rehearsed

Operators need a safe exercise that proves access, data consistency and application behavior without overwriting production.

Business outcomes

What should improve after the engagement.

These are directional outcomes. The assessment and proposal define the measurable result for a specific organization.

Evidence behind recovery claims

Measure a representative recovery rather than inferring it from successful backup jobs.

Prioritized restoration

Recover dependencies in an order that supports the business workflow.

Clearer custody

Know who owns backup access, keys, retention and recovery decisions.

What Ultiblob delivers

Concrete work, scoped to the environment.

The final statement of work confirms which deliverables are included, who owns each dependency, and how completion is accepted.

Business recovery priorities

Agree critical workflows, recovery time and data-loss objectives with accountable business owners.

Coverage and custody review

Map applications, databases, files, configuration, encryption keys, retention and independent-copy responsibilities.

Recovery architecture

Plan backup, isolation, replication and recovery capacity around stated failure scenarios and operating constraints.

Isolated restore exercise

Restore an agreed scope to an isolated target, check data and application behavior, and record measured recovery results.

Runbook and follow-up backlog

Document recovery order, access, communications, decision points, exceptions and a review cadence.

Who it is for

A useful fit, not a universal answer.

  • Organizations with critical applications, multiple sites or cloud workloads that need evidence of recovery rather than backup-job status alone.
  • Organizations that can identify accountable system owners and authorize discovery access.
  • Teams that need documented scope, validation and operating responsibilities before implementation.

How engagement works

A clear path from first conversation to accountable delivery.

The shape can be an assessment, project, implementation, hosting service, managed service, or a combination—but the first steps stay understandable.

  1. Discovery

Confirm the business goal, system owners, scope and data sensitivity in an initial conversation.

  2. Evidence review

Review the agreed environment and dependencies with authorized access; record unknowns rather than assuming readiness.

  3. Scoped proposal

Agree deliverables, acceptance checks, responsibilities, commercial terms and exclusions.

  4. Controlled delivery

Pilot and validate the approved work with change, recovery and communication plans.

  5. Handover and review

Accept the result, document operations and agree ongoing support only where it is included.

Technology scope

Technologies considered during discovery.

Compatibility, licensing and support eligibility are confirmed for the actual environment; a product name is not a partner designation.

  • Application and database backups
  • Virtual machine recovery
  • Microsoft Azure recovery options
  • Veeam where licensed
  • Proxmox Backup Server
  • Independent backup storage

Before you start

Questions about this service.

Do you guarantee a recovery time?

Recovery targets are scoped and tested for the actual environment. This page does not promise a universal RTO, RPO or availability level.

Will a recovery test overwrite our live systems?

The intended approach uses an isolated recovery target and agreed controls for outbound connections, notifications and writes. Any production-affecting exercise needs explicit authorization.

Trust you can inspect

Use operating evidence, not invented proof.

Ultiblob publishes its multi-region private cloud, service scope and public reputation paths. Engagement-specific controls and evidence are reviewed during discovery.

Start with fit

Tell us what needs to improve. We will help define the responsible next step.

The first conversation confirms the goal, current environment, dependencies, and whether this service is the right fit before a proposal is prepared.
