Privacy notice

Last updated 2026-08-04. This describes how Ultiblob handles personal data collected through this website. Customer workloads operated by Ultiblob are covered by a separate Master Services Agreement.

Who we are

Ultiblob Inc (Ultiblob Inc) is a Delaware corporation headquartered at 254 Chapman Rd. Suite 208, Newark, DE 19702. Reach the privacy team at info@ultiblob.com with any questions about this notice.

What we collect on this website

  • Contact form / Estimator submissions. Name, company, email, phone (optional), industry, and the message you provide. Used to respond to your inquiry and contact you about Ultiblob services.
  • Newsletter / resource-download submissions. Email address only. Used to email the requested resource and future content of the same nature.
  • Analytics — only if you accept. Collected by Google Analytics 4, which is loaded directly and only after you accept: aggregate page-view counts, device class (mobile vs desktop), country, and event metadata you trigger (CTAs clicked, forms submitted, chat opened). IP anonymisation is enabled; never combined with form submissions to re-identify you. URL query values, email addresses, names, evidence, payment data, and free-text form content are not sent. If you decline, the analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
  • Training & career-platform interest registrations. When you register interest in a career path we collect your email address and, where you choose to give them, your name, which career path interests you, your current experience level, what you want to be able to do, your country, your time zone, how much time you can give each week, and when you would prefer to learn. We use these to reply to you about the path you chose and to decide which paths and session times to build next. We do not ask for, and the system cannot store, your employer, job title, salary, or any payment details.
  • Training account. If you create an account we store your email address, the fact and time that you confirmed it, and a display name if you give one. Sign-in works by a single-use link emailed to you; we store only a one-way hash of that link's token, never the token itself. Ultiblob employees may instead sign in with their work account, in which case we also store the identifier their work account issues.
  • Training feedback. If you report a bug, a confusing screen, or a request, we store what you wrote, the page you were on, your browser's user-agent string, the release you were using, and — if you were signed in — a link to your account. Feedback can be sent without signing in.
  • Controlled test enrollment. If an invited pilot participant uses the clearly labelled Stripe test checkout, Stripe handles the test payment details. Ultiblob stores only a processor event/session reference, the entitled career path, enrollment state, and processing time. The Career Platform does not receive or store card numbers.
  • Marketing consent is separate. Registering interest never signs you up for marketing email. That is an explicit, separate, unticked checkbox, recorded with its own timestamp, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting your registration.
  • Operational logs. Standard web-server logs (IP, user-agent, requested path, timestamp). Retained 30 days for security investigations, then rolled off.

Registering interest in a career path is not an enrollment, does not reserve a place, and creates no payment obligation. Deletion and access requests for any of the above go through /data-request, or reply to any message we send you.

What we do not collect

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not train AI models on personal information you submit.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers unless you explicitly accept advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our CRM as long as you are a prospect or customer, plus seven years after the relationship ends (this matches accounting and tax retention requirements). Newsletter records persist until you unsubscribe. Operational logs roll off after 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 13 months in aggregate form.

Your rights

Under CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, and similar regimes, you can request: access to the personal data we hold about you, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. Submit a request at /data-request and we will respond within 45 days (CCPA/CPRA) or 30 days (GDPR).

You can turn analytics on or off at any time using the control below. Turning it off stops any further analytics from loading and deletes the analytics cookies described under Subprocessors. Until you actively accept, no analytics or advertising script is loaded.

Subprocessors

The website depends on the following subprocessors. None of them receive personal data unless you submit a form or accept analytics cookies.

  • Office 365 (Microsoft) — inbound + outbound email.
  • Stripe — hosted test checkout for controlled Career Platform enrollment and AI Factory payments. Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted surface, not into Ultiblob application logs or analytics.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4) — website analytics; the analytics tag is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, and not at all if you decline. Sets _ga and _ga_<property> cookies on .ultiblob.com. IP anonymisation is enabled.
  • AI infrastructure provider — powers the AI assistant on this site; messages are transmitted to the provider only when you interact with the assistant.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this notice, we will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date above. We'll notify newsletter subscribers of any changes that affect how subscriber data is handled.
