Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2026-06-17. These rules protect Ultiblob customers, services, labs, and marketplace users. Customer contracts may include additional workload-specific terms.

Prohibited activity

Do not use Ultiblob services to attack, probe, overload, or disrupt systems you do not own or have written authorization to test. This includes malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, bot activity, denial-of-service traffic, and unauthorized vulnerability scanning.

Regulated and sensitive workloads

Healthcare, finance, government, and other regulated workloads must be disclosed during onboarding so the correct controls, retention, isolation, and evidence processes can be applied. Do not place regulated data into trial, lab, or demo environments unless Ultiblob has explicitly approved that use in writing.

Marketplace and lab use

Marketplace listings, trial systems, and lab environments may not be resold, benchmarked publicly, reverse engineered, or used for mining, spam, mass scraping, or abusive automation. Labs are hands-on training environments, not production hosting unless a separate order form says otherwise.

Enforcement

Ultiblob may throttle, suspend, isolate, or terminate access when we reasonably believe activity threatens the platform, customers, vendors, or the public internet. When possible, we notify the account owner and preserve evidence for review.

Report suspected abuse to support@ultiblob.com. Security researchers should follow the vulnerability disclosure path at /.well-known/security.txt.
