Cloud and Infrastructure

Move workloads in waves that the business can verify.

Plan cloud migration as an operational change: discover dependencies, choose a suitable destination, rehearse recovery and move a complete business workflow. Ultiblob can coordinate architecture and delivery across cloud, private infrastructure and hybrid environments.

Recognizable problems

Start with what is getting in the way.

The service should be relevant because it addresses a real operating problem—not because a product name sounds familiar.

The inventory misses dependencies

DNS, identity, certificates, integrations and scheduled jobs can fail even when the virtual machine starts.

The target is chosen too early

A hosting decision needs application support, data location, connectivity, operating effort and licensing evidence.

Rollback ignores new data

Reverting an old database after users resume work can discard accepted transactions and create reconciliation problems.

Business outcomes

What should improve after the engagement.

These are directional outcomes. The assessment and proposal define the measurable result for a specific organization.

Less hidden dependency risk

Plan application and data relationships before a move.

Evidence for each wave

Accept migrations against agreed functional and recovery checks.

Preserved business state

Make post-cutover data handling part of the rollback decision.

What Ultiblob delivers

Concrete work, scoped to the environment.

The final statement of work confirms which deliverables are included, who owns each dependency, and how completion is accepted.

Dependency and ownership map

Inventory applications, data flows, business owners, interfaces and critical operating windows.

Destination and wave plan

Compare appropriate destinations and group workloads by the business workflows that need to move together.

Pilot and capacity validation

Test representative load, connectivity, monitoring, identity and recovery on the proposed destination.

Cutover and data reconciliation

Agree write ownership, data validation, communications, acceptance checks and reversal triggers.

Stabilization and handover

Track exceptions and performance after cutover, then hand over support and any separately approved retirement tasks.

Who it is for

A useful fit, not a universal answer.

  • Organizations moving servers, applications or data between hosting environments, retiring aging infrastructure or consolidating technology after business change.
  • Organizations that can identify accountable system owners and authorize discovery access.
  • Teams that need documented scope, validation and operating responsibilities before implementation.

How engagement works

A clear path from first conversation to accountable delivery.

The shape can be an assessment, project, implementation, hosting service, managed service, or a combination—but the first steps stay understandable.

  1. Discovery

Confirm the business goal, system owners, scope and data sensitivity in an initial conversation.

  2. Evidence review

Review the agreed environment and dependencies with authorized access; record unknowns rather than assuming readiness.

  3. Scoped proposal

Agree deliverables, acceptance checks, responsibilities, commercial terms and exclusions.

  4. Controlled delivery

Pilot and validate the approved work with change, recovery and communication plans.

  5. Handover and review

Accept the result, document operations and agree ongoing support only where it is included.

Technology scope

Technologies considered during discovery.

Compatibility, licensing and support eligibility are confirmed for the actual environment; a product name is not a partner designation.

  • Microsoft Azure
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud
  • Private cloud
  • Hyper-V
  • VMware
  • Proxmox
  • Linux and Windows Server

Before you start

Questions about this service.

Do you require a particular cloud provider?

Workload requirements lead the choice. We compare supported destinations and state assumptions; vendor availability and account eligibility are confirmed during discovery.

Will the old environment be deleted after migration?

Retirement is a separate approved action after acceptance, recovery and retention requirements have been met. A migration does not automatically authorize data destruction.

Trust you can inspect

Use operating evidence, not invented proof.

Ultiblob publishes its multi-region private cloud, service scope and public reputation paths. Engagement-specific controls and evidence are reviewed during discovery.

Start with fit

Tell us what needs to improve. We will help define the responsible next step.

The first conversation confirms the goal, current environment, dependencies, and whether this service is the right fit before a proposal is prepared.
