Tenant readiness and health report

Leadership needs a tenant readiness review covering settings, roles, licensing, service health, PowerShell/Graph operations, and Copilot readiness.

Business context

The architect must translate platform details into risk, ownership, and roadmap recommendations.

Technical objective

Produce a tenant health report using simulated M365 data and define Graph-backed checks for a future live tenant adapter.

Student instructions

  1. 1Review tenant settings, admin roles, licensing, and service-health panels.
  2. 2Assess Copilot readiness from data governance, identity, and licensing angles.
  3. 3Draft PowerShell and Graph commands that would support live validation.
  4. 4Prioritize remediation into 30/60/90-day actions.
  5. 5Run Check My Work on report completeness.

Troubleshooting

  • If recommendations are generic, tie every action to a business outcome and owner.

Cleanup

  • Export tenant health report.
  • Save command assistant prompts.
