- Where do I find all the career paths?
- Open the Learning Hub from Learning & Career Paths in the menu. It contains the current pathways, course lists, prices and enrollment options. This website explains how learning works.
- Is Systems Administration the only option?
- No. Explore Infrastructure, AI Applications, Analytics, Database, Defensive Security and Software pathways in the Learning Hub. Compare the current path pages to find the right starting point.
- What is the difference between a career path and a course?
- A course covers one subject. A path puts related courses in a suggested order. Review the path page for the courses, access terms and practice included.
- Can I preview a lesson before purchasing?
- Yes. Open a course in the Learning Hub and choose its first lesson to preview it. Full course access requires an eligible enrollment; a preview does not grant hosted lab access.
- Can I buy an individual course?
- Current public purchases are organized by career path. Review the course and path pages for access options. Existing eligible course or team enrollments remain separate.
Enrollment and returning to learn
- How do I enroll?
- Choose your path in the Learning Hub, review its price and terms, then sign in and follow its enrollment steps. The Learning Hub shows the current offer before payment.
- Where do I return after enrolling?
- Use Return to the Learning Hub and sign in with the same account used for your enrollment. Open your learning there to continue your course.
- Do I need an invitation?
- Public career paths show their enrollment options in the Learning Hub. Team training and any separately invited programs follow their own access arrangements.
- How much time should I plan for?
- Review the course content and estimates on the selected path page. Your pace will depend on your experience and the time you spend practicing.
Practice and course access
- Does every course include a hosted lab?
- No. Some exercises use your own computer, while selected courses include a hosted environment. Check the course and path details before enrolling.
- How do I start a hosted lab?
- Start from the instructions in your enrolled course. Hosted environments require the access included with that course and may have a limited session window.
- Can I use a sample lesson to launch a lab?
- A public preview lets you read the lesson. It does not grant a hosted environment or full course access.
Certificates, support and terms
- What certificate do I get?
- Where offered, a Certificate of Completion records the work completed with Ultiblob. Check your chosen path for its completion requirements. It is not an accredited qualification or a vendor certification.
- Does completing a path guarantee a job?
- No. Learning and practice can help you develop skills, but employment depends on your experience, the employer and the market.
- Where can I find payment and refund terms?
- Review the terms shown for your chosen path before checkout. Keep your receipt and contact our team if you need help with an order or enrollment.
- Can my team arrange private training or mentorship?
- Yes. Contact Ultiblob to discuss your team, topics and goals. Team training and mentorship are scoped separately from individual path purchases.
