You tell us the outcome, not the syllabus
The useful version of this conversation starts with what the team should be able to do afterwards. We work backwards from there to the content.
We propose a shape
Usually a subset of an existing career path, reordered and re-weighted for what your team already knows. Occasionally something built from scratch, when nothing off the shelf fits.
Labs mirror your world, without touching it
Scenario labs are set in invented organisations on isolated infrastructure. We can shape a scenario to resemble your architecture; we never connect a lab to your production estate or use your data.
You get evidence, not attendance
Completion is recorded against what each person demonstrated, and where. If somebody attended but did not complete the work, the record says so.
What we will not quote for
Certification exam guarantees, accredited qualifications, or any outcome that depends on somebody else's hiring decision. We are not an accredited body and we do not claim to be. What we can commit to is the curriculum, the delivery, and the evidence of what each person completed.
