- Annual MSA + a one-time professional-services SOW for the build-out + monthly hosting and managed-service fees. Multi-year commitments earn discounts; quarterly true-ups available for variable workloads.
- Can you support our existing change-management process?
- Yes. We integrate with ServiceNow, Jira, Linear, or your ITSM of choice. Every customer-impacting change is routed through your approval workflow before execution.
- Will we have a named contact?
- Yes — a dedicated Customer Success Engineer on Scale tier and above. Pro tier customers get pooled 24/7 support with quarterly business reviews.
- What happens if Ultiblob is acquired?
- Your code, data, and runbooks are yours. Standard MSA includes a 90-day exit window with reasonable assistance migrating off Ultiblob — to a hyperscaler, a competing MSP, or a self-hosted environment of your choice.
- Can we host outside the US?
- Not today. Both Ultiblob datacenters are US-based (DeSoto, TX and Flint, MI). A Canadian region is on the 2027 roadmap. For European customers, we partner with sovereign EU operators on a case-by-case basis.
