AI & automation

Give repeatable work a better path.

Begin with one repeatable task and a clear definition of a useful result. Automate the handoff, keep people accountable for consequential decisions, and measure the change before expanding.

The intended output

A bounded automation pilot with representative test cases, a review path and operating ownership.

Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed during discovery. Product selection follows your requirements, licensing and operating responsibilities.

  1. Find a useful starting point

Map CRM follow-ups, HR onboarding, document processing, support triage or financial reporting. Record the current steps and agree a baseline for review effort, errors or turnaround.

  2. Connect approved systems

Use workflow orchestration, Power Automate or n8n where suitable. Give each connector the minimum access and define retries, idempotency, approval steps and failure notifications.

  3. Ground the assistant

Build knowledge management and RAG-enabled business assistants against approved material and existing access rights. Identify source freshness, citations, exclusions and escalation to a person.

  4. Measure and maintain

Evaluate AI customer support, reporting and business intelligence with representative cases. Monitor cost, output quality and failure states; retain human review for finance, HR and other consequential decisions.

Plan the dependencies

Know what needs
to be true first.

  • Connector access, source quality and data-use permission come before automation.
  • AI output can be wrong; review thresholds and fallback paths are part of acceptance.
  • Agree provider terms, licensing, hosting, usage costs and sensitive-data exclusions before a pilot.
