The math, with every assumption visible.
Run a real workload through the calculator. Typical TCO reduction: 35–55%. The savings aren't from a magic discount — they're from removing shared-tenancy overhead, NAT-gateway data charges, managed-service surcharges, and the operational headcount AWS implicitly assumes.
Numbers calibrated against real engagements. Final quote signed in a one-page SOW. Send your last 3 months of AWS bills under NDA and we return a line-by-line proposal within one business day.
What you trade, what you gain.
Ultiblob isn't trying to be AWS. We're trying to be the better choice for the 80% of dedicated workloads that don't actually need 30+ global regions and pay-by-the-second elasticity.

“$14k/month to $2,400/month, identical performance, and the team got back two engineers we'd dedicated to AWS cost management. We did it on a Saturday night.”
About the comparison.
- Is this the real Ultiblob pricing?
- Yes. The Pro tier (16 vCPU · 64GB · 1TB NVMe) is $649/mo at annual commitment. The estimator uses the same tier math. The AWS column uses public list pricing with 1-year RI discount applied.
- What's not included?
- Egress on Ultiblob is included up to tier cap (we warn, don't bill, at 80%). AWS egress is shown at $0.09/GB list. Both columns include compute, storage, monitoring, and standard managed support.
- Will my workload fit on Ultiblob?
- Almost certainly. Workloads up to ~20k req/sec sustained, ~50TB hot storage, and 8× H100 inference fit on standard tiers. Higher capacity requires a Scale-tier quote.
- What about reserved instances or savings plans?
- AWS 1-year reserved instances are pre-baked into the comparison (the more favorable case for AWS). 3-year RIs would close ~10% of the gap but lock you in further. Ultiblob's annual commitment carries the same gap as 1-year RI does for AWS.
